Shipping Policy
We ship our products from our suppliers which may take usually, it may take up to a week to be delivered once your order has been processed. Unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, certain holidays, weather, etc may delay shipment. For this reason, we are unable to guarantee the a specific date of delivery. .
We do offer shipping information so that you the buyer can obtain all the information regarding your package. Here at NorCal Fire & Grill, we want to insure that you are aware of what you are buying to ease the state of mind when wondering about your products and when they will arrive.
All items in stock may take a day or two to process before shipment. Please add processing time to your shipping estimate.
Ensure that you do want acquire product because after the business day is up, ,we will process the order to have it ready and sent. After this if you would like to return, it will be a 10%-40% restocking fee. Refunds and returns are if the product is defective or damaged in transit. If you are on the waitlist or your order is coming in, in the future, note that this is an item made for you so if you are wanting to back out there will be a 10-20% Holding fee.

**If your product is defective or damaged in transit, let us know and we will happily send a replacement. You have up to 5 days to let us know of any damages or Issues so we can help resolve. After this period, Carriers are not going to accept any claims.
