Using a full-sized 1,500 watt heating element, the 274 square inch cooking surface is uniformly heated and can achieve temperatures of up to 749 degrees Fahrenheit. Flame tamers made of 16-gauge 304 stainless steel assist avoid flare-ups, distribute heat evenly, and evaporate drippings for added taste. While grilling, a removable warming rack allows you to keep bread and other foods warm.

A convenient pull-out drip pan gathers drips for simple cleanup, and the heating element features a hinged construction that allows it to be taken out. The double-lined 304 stainless steel grill hood keeps your Blaze grill looking brand-new for many years of usage by guarding the outer layer against heat discoloration. And with its adjustable feet, this item can be placed on uneven ground safely. With a dedicated 20 AMP circuit, you can have ultimate performance; however, a 15 AMP circuit is adequate as well. For maximum safety, this item uses an ETL certification.
