Top of Propane Tank Drawer hits the bottom of the ledge

We bought this table at the beginning of June and after putting the pieces together (mostly just putting the top on top of the base) the top of our propane drawer is hitting the bottom of the ledge. I reached out to NorCal right away, but they have not been helpful at all. All I got was this response from Jay Singh (Sales Director) when I followed up after a week of waiting:

Reached out to the company, will let you know when I hear. 

That was almost a month ago. I wouldn't buy from NorCal again. I'm now reaching out to the Manufacturer myself to see if I can get this resolved.
